• Fits 0-6″ Lift: No special backspacing or minimum lift required. We include necessary clearance bends for fitment on stock vehicles, up to 6″ of lift. Above 6″… C’mon bro’s and bra’s, seriously, it’s time for long arms.
• Silly Strength: You won’t find us using .188 wall material; It just isn’t strong enough. Our upper control arms are made with 1.5″ .250 wall American-made tube steel, with our lowers made from a whopping 2″ .250 wall steel.
• Steel is King: Aluminium is flashy, but here’s a little metallurgy information for you: Ever wonder why aluminium control arms aren’t bent? It’s because of aluminium’s microstructure. It’s highly notch-sensitive and less ductile, meaning it’s liable to crack or snap in two if stressed enough. Unlike steel, aluminium accumulates fatigue damage with every cycle, and there’s no stress level low enough to guarantee infinite life. Because aluminium continues to slope downward with each flex, it will eventually fail, and we’re not about that life: We’re here for the long haul. In addition, aluminium is soft and gummy, and where steel slides, aluminium will deflect and grab, creating resistance off-road. In our opinion: leave the aluminium in the kitchen drawer, and maybe use it to bake some cookies to enjoy on your next trail ride.

Using a stronger steel composition than the market standard, we go a step above and beyond in material strength, ensuring you will never have a failure with one of our parts. We only use genuine Rock Jock Johnny Joints at the adjustable end, the gold standard in performance and lifespan.

Installation & Adjustment

Our control arms are designed to install using factory hardware and fit properly in your factory bracketry, meaning no mess or fuss swapping your weak stock parts for our USA Prime Beef! All of our adjustable arms are single-adjust for maximum strength and reliability, and can be used from no lift up to 6″ without any modification at all.

All our products go through an extensive 3-part coating process, including a durable primer and the toughest powder coat on the market, leaving you with parts that will look good even through years of hard use.
