Fully bolt in 1 Ton Heavy Duty steering upgrade for your JK or JKU!
Includes both tie rod and drag link, and all four 1 Ton sized tie rod ends. This kit is designed to be mounted in the stock location.
This is a massive improvement over the thin wall factory steering linkage that is known to bend easily. Our kit uses a beefy 1.5″ carbon steel heavy wall tube… but why steel and not aluminum?
The carbon steel we use has 3X the thread shear strength of similar aluminum kits, and 40% stronger fatigue strength than 7075 “aircraft” aluminum.

Generic or Apex Chassis?
You can choose between generic tie rod ends, or Apex Chassis ends. While both are significant improvements over stock in size and strength, the Apex parts are a higher quality, will last longer, and have better grease boots.

Steering Stabilizer Options
Fitment Notes:
- Can be installed on stock height (non lifted) Wranglers! We suggest this kit all the way up to 3″ of lift, for taller lifts, check out our Flip Kit or one of our full Ultimate Steering packages
- Does NOT fit stock 17″ wheels, 4.75″ backspace is the minimum, which means 1.25″ or more spacers on Rubicon or similar wheels.
- Designed to use the stock stabilizer mounting location
