Heavy duty steering kit for WJ Grand Cherokees with the factory Dana 30 front end. This can be mounted in UTK (under the knuckle) or OTK (over the knuckle) configurations and comes standard with a high clearance tie rod which means you can keep your sway bar links and coil buckets intact, as well as clear HD diff covers!
We use beefy 1.5″ OD 0.250″ wall high carbon tubing, high quality hex tube inserts for easy adjustment, grade 8 hardware, and the best heat treated chromoly heim joints with a teflon liner for a stronger, longer lasting kit.

Notes:
- Bare kits ship quickly, usually within a week of ordering. Powder coating may take up to 2 to 3 weeks longer, though we try to keep that time down much shorter than that.
- Minimum wheel fitment 5″ Backspacing on 17″ wheels. 4.5″ BS on 16″. 3.75″ on 15’s confirmed to fit, 4″ may fit but unconfirmed.

Trailing around on rocky trails kept tearing up my traditional tie rod ends on my WJ, even name brands like moog. I wanted a permanent solution, and this kit fit the bill. I originally had the JKS drag link and tie rod which I had issues with seizing threads. The tie rod and drag link in this kit are almost twice the diameter of the JKS links. If you hit the trails and constantly have issues with loose steering, I would highly recommend this kit.

First off love the kit. Its a million times better than the original. My WJ has a 3.5 lift with JK 17 inch wheels 265 70 R 17 tires so death wooble was becoming a huge problem. This kit is so heavy duty fixed the problem. Only issue ive having is my rims are hitting the tierod near the end. Is this normal???

never had death wabble in my wj with a 6in clayton longarm on 35s, but ended up hitting my jks tie rod bar on a rock and bent it up. so i wanted to relocate with a stronger joint but also flip to the top of the knuckle. put the kit on without the steering stabilizer boy was that a mistake, death wabble like crazy, put the steering stabilizer back on and now its rock solid, awesome kit highly recommended A+++ the reamer made it cake to drill out

This kit is amazing! I have a 4 inch lift with adjustable shortarms and 285/75/16 tires and wheels. I am currently mounted UTK for now and I love the way it drives now! The difference in strength and mass between this kit and the factory setup is pretty crazy. Highly recommend! PS the reamer tool made install super smooth!
