Returns & Cancellations Policy

Here at Trail Forged we strive to ensure you are 100% satisfied with every aspect of your experience with us. If for any reason you do wish to return an order, our policies are below.

Returns

  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of product. There will be no exceptions.
  • Items must be in original packaging, in new condition, not having been installed, modified, or damaged in any way.
  • If item(s) returned are damaged or in any condition other than new, we will document the issues and reject a return credit.
  • All returns are subject to a 15% fee, this is non negotiable
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping costs, if we provide a return label, the return shipping will be deducted from credit amount.
  • Returns may take a few business days to check in after arriving at our facility. Upon check in, a refund is credited back immediately. Once that refund is processed, it may take your financial institution another 3-10 days to credit the amount back to you. This is outside of our control.

 

Cancellations

Orders not shipped will be subject to a fee if cancelled, this covers merchant fees we do not get back.

  • 5% for credit card & PayPal payments
  • 7% for Affirm or any other BNPL payments (buy now, pay later)

Exceptions are made on unusually delayed orders (outside of 30 days for orders <$1000, 60 days on orders >$1000).

 

Please email support@trailforged.com to initiate a return or order cancellation. We require your order number and acknowledgment of our policy. For returns, we also need to know if you require a return label (you must provide package dimensions and weight) or if you are providing return shipping.
