Warehouse & Fulfillment Specialist

Role Overview

As the Warehouse & Fulfillment Specialist, you are the final link between our engineering and our customers. You’ll be responsible for keeping the warehouse organized, managing our inventory, and ensuring every item and kit is packed securely and shipped on time. We take pride in our “built-not-bought” quality, and we need someone who treats every package like it’s going on their own rig.

Non Negotiable Assets:

  • Extremely high attention to detail
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 70#, and occasionally team lift up to 120#
  • Problem solver: be able to look at an item or multiple items, and pack them in an effective manner, utilizing correct box sizes, and wrapping/insulating against damage from shipping
  • Self directed: Ability to work effectively with minimal oversight

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship daily orders with high accuracy.
  • Inventory Management: Track stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and notify the team when raw materials or components are running low.
  • Quality Control: Inspect incoming parts from powder coating or fabrication for defects before they hit the shelves.
  • Kit Assembly: Bag and tag hardware kits and sub-assemblies (bushings, bolts, brackets).
  • Shipping Logistics: Use shipping software to generate labels, pull orders from computer system
  • Shop Upkeep: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

Pay, Benefits, & Opportunities:

Starting Pay: $16-22 DOE

 P/T Social Media Content Creator

 

   Responsibilities include:

  • Operating various different camera gear, go pros, gimbal, DSLR, phone, etc. to take photo and video content
  • Edit photo and video content to create short and long form video suitable for YouTube, IG, FB, TikTok
  • Work with staff in various departments to capture content

   Qualifications:

  • Good photo/video, lighting, and composition skills
  • Able to use/setup natural and studio lighting
  • Proficient in photo and video editing software
  • Able to take creative direction
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to execute and hit deadlines

Portfolio/examples of work required

Part time position, with opportunity to grow into a full time position with travel and event opportunities as well
