A quick note about “performance” drilled and slotted rotors… We HIGHLY suggest staying away from these for offroad rigs! There is little to no upside or performance gain from these, and the potential downside of packing your “lightweight” rotors with dirt and mud and warping them is just not worth it. This kit already comes with vented rotors, FAR exceeding any potential gains from drilled and/or slotted rotors. We include high performance/heavy duty rotors and pads with this kit that we have extensively tested in every imaginable environment.
Notes:
- Lead time: estimated 1-3 weeks. Fluctuating stock of the OEM parts used can vary, please reach out to us BEFORE ordering if you have a time sensitive need!
- You can re-use your existing brake lines, or any aftermarket brake lines suitable to fit your existing brake setup!
- Your existing backing plate/dust plate stays in place. It will be slightly smaller than the new rotor, but this will not negatively effect performance or function in any way
- 17″ Wheels or larger are required!!!
- JK customers –Â this is a substantial braking force increase in the rear, if you threshold brake the rear will engage ABS first. Upgrade your front brakes with our Ultimate Front Big Brake Kit if you want to balance this back out.
