Does your Jeep have big tires? Carrying around a ton of gear? Towing with your Wrangler? You need Better Brakes!

After extensive research, failed parts fitment, and testing… we bring you THE Ultimate Rear Big Brake Kit for JK & JL.

The toughest, most reliable, most substantial brake upgrade for your Wrangler, period. And using factory MOPAR parts. This kit includes MASSIVE, VENTED rear rotors for extreme duty stopping power and heat dispersion.

Massive 350mm x 22mm Rotors

• JK: 11% bigger, and TWICE the thickness/heat dispersion capability!
• JL: 6.7% bigger, and 83% thicker!

Why run this instead of another kit?

• This kit is fully BOLT ON, zero modifications required!
• OEM components are fully dust sealed and designed to last hundreds of thousands of miles, unlike many racing Monoblock caliper brake kits
• Performance pads paired with fully corrosion sealed rotors offer excellent braking performance, even under heavy loads like towing
• Vented rear rotors give you extreme heat dispersion capabilities, something most other kits do not have!
• The new calipers have the same fluid displacement as your existing calipers, so it won’t negatively impact your brake pedal travel or feel at all, just improve rear braking performance!
• This upgrade can be done without modifying or upgrading the front brakes, or the booster/master cylinder*
• You can source replacement brake pads and rotors at low cost without having to order custom parts!

This kit includes:

• Factory NEW MOPAR right and left brake calipers, and caliper carrier brackets
  • No core charge or returns are needed!
• New MOPAR slide pins, banjo bolts, and copper washers
• Raybestos Element 3 performance rotors
  • Fully coated (even inside the cooling vanes) for maximum rust and corrosion protection
• Power Stop Z36 Severe Duty brake pad kit with stainless steel anti-squeal clips
  • Low dust and noise carbon-fiber ceramic compound suitable for heavy loads, towing, and more

This is the perfect time to upgrade to longer, stainless brake lines…. get them HERE!

A quick note about “performance” drilled and slotted rotors… We HIGHLY suggest staying away from these for offroad rigs! There is little to no upside or performance gain from these, and the potential downside of packing your “lightweight” rotors with dirt and mud and warping them is just not worth it. This kit already comes with vented rotors, FAR exceeding any potential gains from drilled and/or slotted rotors. We include high performance/heavy duty rotors and pads with this kit that we have extensively tested in every imaginable environment.

Notes:

• Lead time: estimated 1-3 weeks. Fluctuating stock of the OEM parts used can vary, please reach out to us BEFORE ordering if you have a time sensitive need!
• You can re-use your existing brake lines, or any aftermarket brake lines suitable to fit your existing brake setup!
• Your existing backing plate/dust plate stays in place. It will be slightly smaller than the new rotor, but this will not negatively effect performance or function in any way
• 17″ Wheels or larger are required!!!
• JK customers –  this is a substantial braking force increase in the rear, if you threshold brake the rear will engage ABS first. Upgrade your front brakes with our Ultimate Front Big Brake Kit if you want to balance this back out.
